Called the Behno Standard, the company's principles include fair wages for artisans and garment workers; access to schools and recreational resources for workers and their children; clean water and weekly supplies of fresh produce; access to health clinics and benefits; leadership development for female workers; and sustainable, nonhazardous materials and processes, among several other points.
